As a prominent figure in new development sales, Rochelle is often sought by developers to sell new multi-unit projects, including development projects involving mid and high-rise residential buildings in San Francisco, San Jose, San Rafael and Los Angeles. Her successful handling of such projects led to Rochelle being awarded the Silver Award for Sales Manager of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) as well as an award of Sales Manager of the Year by Polaris Pacific, the West Coast leader in new development sales and marketing.
Rochelle's real estate expertise is complimented by more than 10 years of Corporate Sales and Marketing experience. A native of Cape Town, South Africa, and possessing a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications, Rochelle uses her unique intercultural and interpersonal communication skills to effectively assist clients position and present their homes in ways that maximize their value during the sale process.
In her free time, Rochelle enjoys pursuing sports and fitness as a way of life, including long distance cycling throughout Marin, hiking with her dog Zola, as well as running the Lyon Street steps in Pacific Heights and along the Marina Green to the Golden Gate Bridge.
